Shannon Hall has won the World's Toughest Woman Contest two years in a row. Maybe you saw it on Pay Per View. Shannon is 5'10", 170 lbs. She's an accomplished national class gymnast, bodybuilder, boxer, kickboxer and wrestler. I met her as she was training in San Diego for the first world tough woman contest. She was training on the beach just after her job on the TV show "American Gladiators" ended. She's amazing. A big cat of coordination and strength. She loves to wrestle but has trouble finding guys strong enough to work out with. I volunteered under the condition that the match be video taped (so I could share with you, of course).

As a young girl, beginning at age six, her father taught her to wrestle alligators. After twenty years of wrestling both men and gators, she became muscular enough to win bodybuilding contests without even lifting weights with any regularity.
